CozyStepMats ships doormats, step mats, and entryway rugs across the contiguous United States. This page explains where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.
We do not ship to:
Alaska or Hawaii
US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
International destinations

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is collected.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Federal holidays).
Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days
Transit Time: 3-8 business days
Total Estimated Delivery: 4-11 business days
Order Processing Time + Transit Time = Total Estimated Delivery: 4-11 business days
Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST on a weekday begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on Federal holidays begin processing the following weekday.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays due to weather, peak seasons, or other external factors are outside our control and may extend delivery times.
Order Tracking & Split Shipments
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped. Tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s system after the shipment notification is sent.
For larger orders, items may ship in multiple packages and arrive on different days. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. CozyStepMats is not liable for delivery failures, delays, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package:
Check around your property, with neighbors, and in any secure access areas
Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered a day early
Contact the carrier directly to file a claim (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
Attach clear photos of: (1) the damaged item, (2) the outer packaging, and (3) the shipping label
Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photos may not be eligible for resolution. Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
