CozyStepMats accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Read this policy carefully before initiating a return — unauthorized returns will be refused.
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand-new, unused, unopened original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns on items that have been:
Color variation caused by screen display settings or ambient lighting is not a defect and does not qualify a return. Minor dimensional variances (±0.5 inch) within stated product specifications are not defects.
Step 1: Email sale@cozystepmats.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
Step 2: Wait for approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Do not ship anything back without a valid RMA code and the return address we provide. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Step 3: Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. Keep your tracking number until the refund is confirmed.
CozyStepMats is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit when the customer arranges shipping.
$0.00 Restocking Fee. We do not charge restocking fees on any eligible return.
Once your return is received at our returns address:
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. If you do not see it within 12 business days of receiving that confirmation, contact your bank before reaching out to us.
Refunds cover the original product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing sale@cozystepmats.com with your order number. After 12 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — the return process applies.
CozyStepMats reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds on orders where we have reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse of our return policy, or misrepresentation of item condition. We do not issue refunds for items that arrive in a materially different condition than they were sent.
