We respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days during operating hours.
To resolve order issues quickly, please have your Order Number ready when you contact us. Inquiries submitted without an order number will take longer to process. You can find your order number in your confirmation email.

Before sending any item back, you must contact us at sale@cozystepmats.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and the correct return address. Returns sent without a valid RMA will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
We do not accept exchanges — please place a new order for the correct item after your return is approved.
